hi frnds i have the severe mid back pain near to spine, middle back tightness, when swalloing my middle back is pain near to spine , difficulty breathng ,shoulder tight ness and i had thorasic mri cervical mri but no abnormality is there and i had a endoscopy small ulceration is there docter gave me a tablets for one week but i dnt have any buring pain in my stomach ,idnt have any gastric problems ,i had a chest ct scan but nothng is there i am having this pain from one year one neurology docter told that its a fibromailgia pls help me what is it pls help me...frnds give me a advise........
