I am female,49 years old . Recently I have had a lot of tests because of the pain in my stomach area. Dr pretty much said I have couple things wrong but just said  come back in 3 months. No direction other than you need to lose weight. Tests have shown these symptoms. Fatty liver, gallbladder sludge, inflammation, high cholesterol, hernia, type 2 diabetes (barely) among other things,

My symptoms first started when I would drink. Like 7-8 beers over a 5-6 hour period. This would have never bothered me before. No im not a daily drinker, Not any more than a occasional social drinker. Worst experience was a 3 day hangover that I was unable to get out of bed and literally slept for 3 days. Migraine headache, nausea and abdominal pain, diarrhea. I have chose not to drink anything for last couple months but last night out of no where it hit me again. Feeling bad all day. I also feel like i have a brain fog all the time and am fatigued even when getting proper sleep. I have tried as my doctor recommended to lose weight but was a losing battle. His initial reccomenation was that I should probably just not drink. I have tried exercise but find myself short of breath when I do more than faster walk. I have had heart checked, lungs checked and all is fine.  I am trying to figure out if these issues are connected and if anyone else has had experiences similar to mine. I am making appointment to go to specialist but want to be able to have some kind of assurance that I'm not crazy.
