abot 5 years ao i had an episode when i felt like my brain exploded since then have had severe twitche sin both sides o fmy face i need some help to find out what this my be. I can't evn put on make up and it is very hard to even brush my teeth could some one please help me. Thank u Sandra Rudd

See your doctor. You need neurological testing.
It may not have been a stroke. Infections can also cause these symptoms along with other medical conditions.
Stop delaying.
