I have been referred to a general surgeon for my hyperparathyroidism and would like to find a surgeon in the San Diego area who performs the MIRP procedure. Can anyone help with a referral?

Dale, I agree. I wouldn't go to a general surgeon either. I don't know about the San Diego area but I would highly recommend Dr Babak Larian in Los Angeles. Or, maybe he could recommend someone in your area. Choose carefully and be sure that you get all your questions answered. Best wishes. mass
