i am 8 weeks pregnant but my baby heart beat not develop if their any hope or if miscarriage whats the reason .

Normally you should be able to detect the heartbeat by 8 weeks. Your doctor may consider running another ultrasound, sometimes their estimates of age are off. Otherwise it may be wait and see.
