after a desperate trying of four yrs i got pregnant oct 2007 and during the sixth week i went for a antinatal checkup and doctor said ther is no heartbeat and they suggested a D& C i am so depressed because of this and need suggestions abt possibility of getting pregnant again because my husband is having low sperm count

IF his sperm count is low you can still get pregnant!
You just have to do some special things to make the possibility higher.
EXAMPLE: Do not have sex a lot when you are NOT ovulating. You need to save those sperm for when you are ovulating.
Try laying down after sex, to keep the semen inside of you. It might be TMI, but getting up after sex can cause some drainage of semen outside of your vagina.
Does your husband SMOKE, drink, or do drugs?
STOPPING these activities will help increase his count.
