Surgeon & anesthesiologist refused to do gallbladder surgery bc of +5 blood test--Im 53. Is this tumor or pregnancy?

So my period( i guess that's what we can call it) came early, it last for about two days and then it stopped with some spotting and a real foul smell to say the less. So i went to the emergency room because along with these happenings my lower back was hurting also. They then took a pregnancy test to see if i were pregnant and it was negative but i was told that it could be too early. I went the next day and bought a generic test from the dollar tree and it said negative. My friend told me that i need to wait being that my period came early so With no signs of sore breast I do have the nausea and I'm constantly eating and sleeping. Can anyone give me some good ole advice.

Ok i need some help. I never miss a period and they are always around the same time. The last time I got my period was March 25th and its usually around that time every month. I still haven't gotten my period and i called planned parenthood to speak with someone so i could figure out when was the best time to take a test and they said to take a test on may 6th but i took one the day before that and it came out negative. then i took one on the 7th and it said negative. I mean im afraid to smoke or drink until i find out. And i started to feel some cramps the other day and a little today and last week i felt a little nauseous and a little this week as well. so i dunno what to do, should i wait to see if i get my period or take another test next week. PLEASE HELP

I'm in that same boat too :( I took two HPT one on wed may7th and one today may10th both negative but im still getting symptoms? I have a doctors apt for friday to get new BC and to take some urine or blood.. its been three weeks since the 'incident' and I think I took the test to early because im not excpeting my period until the 14th of may
anywho! guest I think, yes you should wait, pick a day when (maybe a week from now) and say 'if my period doesnt come on this day I'll take another test' then go from there.

I totally feel all of your pain. Im also extremely confused. My last period started march 20th. Since I missed my period in April I have taken 3 tests and they are all negative. I have had all the pregnancy symptoms except sore breasts. Today I noticed a little brown discharge, and I have had a severe stabbing pain in my lower abdomen. I have talked to several people and I havnt gotten a straight answer. Id rather wait to go to the dr. until I either get a positive pregnancy test, or I start my period. Some advice or answers would be greatly appreciated.

HI. I am concerned because the same situation is happening with me. Always regular, always on time, and the last 2 months just 1 day and a half periods. I took 3 hpt tests, all negative.
My chest increased a cup size
Very nauseous (I have never been neasous with out a cold)
My face looked like I have the measles for about 2 months, actually the last 3 days it cleared up a lot.
Headaches
A little poof in my stomach, but no other weight gain.
Call me weird, but every month, the night before, I dream that I have my period and then there it is in the morning. The last 2 months, I dreampt of a baby on those days before my period should start. THAT IS WEIRD and never happened to me before.
YES, I did call my doctor right away. I only go in about once a year, but all they said, was I can either go on birth control or they'll call me a prescription to make me bleed! They did want me come in or anything!
YES, I called a different doctor to scheduel an appointment and will never go back to that other office.
However, where I live, trying to get a DR. appointment is lalmost ike asking to see the Pope. I have to wait 3 weeks! I called 5 offices too, but the one I have scheduled has very good reccomendations.
The final thing that has me the most worried is that my husband had a visectomy AND prostate removed. The likelihood of pregnancy is virtually impossible and I have not been with anyone else for 8 years.
I am counting the days until the DR. visit. I do not want to have cysts. Are there any good websites on that?

I actually know someone who did not get a positive preg test until she was three months along. I;m in the same boat. 2 months late and still nothing. I go to the dr July 8th. Good luck

not always true. My second son I had 3 hpt's and 1 blood test come back neg, they put me on a pill to start my AF when it didn't come they did an ultrasound and surprise I was 13 weeks pregnant. I didn't have any preg symptoms with either of my boys. Except no AF.

I am 2 weeks late which I never am, and have had several symptoms of pregnancy including sustainded elevated basal body temps, nausea,heart burn,headaches, back aches, spotting 6 days before my period was due, I have 6 negative EPTs and the doc wont see me with out a positive!what should I do, could I still be pregnant?

Has anyone found out if you were actually pregnant or if there was another problem? I'm in the same boat as most of you here. I'm late for my AF I usually get it around the 8th of every month. So far nothing:( The only symptoms I have is a late AF, and I'm nauseous. Other then that nothing really......I have taken 3 HPT so far and they have all been Negative. I'm so confused as to what's going! :-(

That is not true. I was pregnant with my son and my hpt were negative and so was the blood work. I didn't find out until I was already 2 months pregnant.

Im only 4 days late and I am freaking out! I got off birth control around May or June. I did have irregular periods before getting on the pill and my period took a while for it to get back on track after the pill but for the last 3 months I have gotten it on time. I took a pregnancy test today and it came out negative. I have one left, when should I take it?

I was on the pill and I had my last period on 10th Oct.. lasted about 4/5 days as usual. Next period was due on 7th Nov. I had light spotting on the 7th, but that was all! Went back on my pill like usual. I've been ill this last week (and split up with boyfriend) so I stopped taking my pill.... been off it for over a week now and still no period. I stopped the packet at the right time so I should have come on 5th Dec... but didn't! I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they all say negative! The last week or more my nipples have been really sore, and I feel a lot more bloated than usual.. also put on 8lbs recently (havn't eaten anything more than usual!) Also I missed one pill before I was due to come on in November! Mentioned it to the doctor when I was ill and she says I'm not.. but didn't do a test! Don't know what is going on!

For the people who are saying that a negative test is definatly right and there is no way you can be pregnant your wrong.

hi i think i can help have you checked your prolactin levels it can cause missed pierods and symptomsof a pregancy it also causes u to not want to have sex or become very dry if you google it you will understand also there is ectopic pregnancy which cannot be detected in blood tests also medications can alter your blood test an there are 2 types my hcg hormone level is very low so i had to have another type of blood test that detected the smallest sighn you all need to really look into these thing because you can be pregnant an tests can be wrong also stress an weight overgain and loss i also learned the regular blood test is as accurate as a home test you have to ask for the right type of test the only differance is you can mess up your test easier then a doctors office but they have there own flaws too investigate and dont give up because it can evan be a tyroid condition to make you have all theses symptoms i hope this helped :-)
