Hi friends!

Do any of you feel unsure and/or frustrated when doing a bse? Like you're not sure what feels normal or not?

I've had numerous breast exams at more than one doctor's office due to health anxiety, and they all said everything felt perfectly normal, so I shouldn't have this uncertainty!

Any replies would be great!
