The problem seems to be that you have got it in the wrong language. I think that "granulomatosis de wegener" is the Spanish term for what the English call Wegener's granulomatosis. Very similar, I know, but different enough for google to get lost on you. Wikipedia tends to be available in many languages and might have translated for you. Try "Wegener's granulomatosis", and you will have a whole lot more info. Good luck!
