My daughter has stomach problems. Her gall bladder was removed 3 years ago for the attacks and pain she was experiencing. Unfortunately, she is still getting the attacks and is still experiencing pain.
Yesterday, she said the pain started in her upper stomach area, center chest. She said it radiated across to both sides of her chest. She said it felt like burning (as if an open sore) and like a knife was pushing in. Her pain is debilitating and can last for hours.
She has gone through the food, process of elimination, and there seems to be no pattern.
We thought the gallbladder surgery would have taken care of it and I now feel like a good organ was removed and the source problem was never solved. I plan to start all of the testing on her again. She has had everything done. Allergies tests, barium, colonoscopy, camera in stomach, pills, pills and more pills. Blood tests, scans etc.
Any ideas?
Jim
