Hello, i have been sucking nigorate lozengers for 7 days now and now have bleeding gums and ulcers on my tongue and on the bottom of my mouth.Also i have been taking 1000 mg of vitamin c a day. I'm a bit concerned as what to do,i don't want to smoke again..these are working.I only take 3 a day and 2 nigorate chewing gum.
