I am 49 years old.About 3 months ago my testicles started feeling like they are constantly moving. This happened all of a sudden. To describe the sensation would be like when you are cold or nervous your testicles may shrink up towards your abdomen. When you become un-nervous you can feel your testicles drop back down. This is the sensation I keep getting and it is pretty much constant. It feels like my testicles keep moving up and down. Help!!!!
I have the same thing! I'm 35 and had no direct injury. Can't tell why this is happening, but it's totally uncomfortable and happens intermittently all day long! I'd love an answer from anyone who knows...

It is normal for the level of the testes to change.
It is part of Mother Natures' means of keeping the sperm at the proper temperature... not too hot, not too cold.

The fact that they move is good.
But the constant recognition of it doesn't sound normal.

I am 55 years old and have had experienced this movement of the testicles as long as I can remember. It comes and goes and is never uncomfortable but noticeable, some tingleing. I experience a very slow movement where the testicles are moving up and down but don't
move very far.
I don't associate this to change in temperature but I have not been able to find why the movement other than "normal" they move around.
I have had a friend one time state he experienced the same type of movement. Other guys have told me they have never experienced such
a movement. This is the only posting I have found where others have described this testicle movement.

If this gives you trouble or pain, go get checked out by a doctor.

However, the scrotum and testes are designed to move (pull up out of danger) when touched or when stimulated.

This is a separate function from controlling temperature of the sperm.

But usually it wouldn't be a problem, and goes on unnoticed.

Mine are doing the same thing. It all started after I got an infection on the head of my genital about 4 months ago, which I believe to be hsv1. They started moving on their own a couple months ago and haven't stopped. It's not temperature or arousal. I think it's from my infection. I even took a video of it to show my doctor. He said it was unlike anything he had ever seen. They move all day long, non stop. My meatus is also constantly inflammed and sore. It is painful for me to wear underwear. Feels like it is being dragged on concrete.

hello , iam 43 yrs old and about at the age of 22 i had an injury in the pelvic pubic area that caused me errectile dysfunction due to nerves injury and about five years later , my testicles started to move slightly non-stop until this very moment , i mean since 15 years , they keep moving day and night and i wonder the reason , does it mean , there is shortage of blood suply to the area ? i cant explain that , and i dont have a clue how to stop the uncomfortable movement of them .

Find another doctor if you must.
You appear to have an infection at the meatus and that deserves treatment.

Yes I've had the same thing for 13 years. It went away for 3 but just came back last fall. It was honestly driving me crazy. Tingling, squirming, etc. These sensations are always accompanied by the movement of the scrotum. I finally realized that they felt best when they were hanging low and have since been using heat packs which help a great deal but only temporarily. I'd been to a plethora of doctors and recently a doctor put me on Lyrica and after 4 or 5 weeks it started to work. I thought relaxation techniques were what was helping so I got off Lyrica only to have it come back with a vengeance. I've since put myself back on Lyrica and can't wait for it to kick in. But I'd really like to find the true problem and solution and get it fixed for good. Any info would be great.

15 years old my testicales move alot its like thier breathing or something... no pain i cant feel it besides it moves my penis sometimes otherways i dont mind about it simply disturbing to see them move.. i`ve never noticed it but i might was there all the time...
**very important - i dont think it has anything to do with temperature if its cold and they shrink they still move but slower and a shorter way so it has no conection ok?? and i dont think it has anything to do with an injury or pressure in your life...
