hi. I'm and have had this weird problem for about 6 months now.  It started with a kind of rectal pressure. It felt like it was something stuck in my ass(no I'm not a gay). After a couple of doctors fingers up there I took a colonoskopy and lately a mr.

The colo showed nothing wrong but the mr showed something around the anus muscle. Probably prostatis....

Besides the rectal pressure my balls/ballsack is moving around and gives me a tickeling sensation. It feels like .....eh...a wave of tickelinig in  the skin and I can see that the scrotum/ballsack is moving. After a good night sleep I cant say that this is not a problem but after a while(after bowel) is slowely comes back. I have tried cream, antibiotic, etc without no effect. This is soon coming to drive me nuts if I dont "cure" it..

elmwood, I have a problem that is similar to what you have described. I have been to several doctors and
they don't know what the cause is. I would like to talk to you via email if possible. Thank you

Hello!! I have the same problem too, it's been going on for 6 months now.  I have seen 2 urologists. They don't know what is causing this. The first one told me he's never heard something like that and the second one told me its impossible. I did ultrasound at 2 different hospitals and both results showed everything normal.

Re: Guest posted 04/13/13. "hi. I'm and have had this weird problem for about 6 months now."

This sounds almost identical to my condition. Since the start of the year I've had a very heavy sensation of the testicles and the scrotal skin does not stop moving. Looks like worms are wriggling over my testicles, not cool. Can also feel like a wave of tingling come over the testes and a lot of discomfort in the perenium. Especially when I'm sitting it feels like my testes are becoming bruised and I can only sit for short intervals. Can never get entirely comfortable either in boxers or underwear. Feels the best when I wake up but then the movements start soon after. I've been to ample amount of doctors and specialists who all are unable to give me a diagnosis. Very frustrating and uncomfortable. I showed the movement to 2 different urologists who both mentioned the movement is the cremastric reflex muscle and dartos muscle but couldn't provide explanations. Tried antibiotics, creams, pain killers (giving Lyrica a go at the moment, not working yet, 3-4 weeks of use). Been treated from everything from prostate infections to nerve blocks. If anyone has had any luck with treatment or possibly an answer I would be very eager to hear back, thanks.

Hey all,

I've had a similar problem for well over a year now - testicles continuously squirming and a tingling sensation down throughout the pubic symphesis region and into the base of the scrotum.

When considering the problem, I noted that the position in which I sleep (and have for years) has put immense pressure on my testicles - I have slept in the fetal position with my testicles enclosed within my legs.

Changing my sleeping position to one in which I keep my legs wide open has actually gone some way in easing this problem. I am hoping to continue and see further improvements with time. Will keep you posted!

I have had the same problem for 6 months and all urologists have said the same - they don't know what it is! After endless research, i think i have come to a reason for it. Everyone on this post is suffering from stress/anxiety and depression over the matter...mine was certainly triggered by a stressful situation concerning the area as everyone else's seems to be... As my penis becomes hardened and numb aswell as constant testicle movement, it is in relation to a vascular issue caused by anxiety. Such as the fright and flight. This means the blood flow is not constant to the genitals causing it to act like this... MY SOLUTION which seems to be working so far, is work on the stress and anxiety - that helps loads.... also exercise to boost testosterone and increase blood flow and libido! Although i still get motions I know it has improved significantly...

What exactly are your symptoms, I have had tingling in the scrotum for months. It is noticeable when sitting and lying down. I have tried everything my symptoms are identical to elmwood

Exactly the same! Started with a severe movement and painful tension of the muscles, then it became a hot and cold feeling and movement, and I got tight muscles round by anus and Gooch! And my penis would go hard but flaccid like too much blood and I lost my sex drive. And now I have slight movements when it's on my mind too much but it's so much better I can get on with my life now! And I know as I'm a fact it's all from stress and anxiety. I am 100 percent sure! So don't even worry about it, just worry about working on the stress and anxiety of the issue and you will see vast improvements. I can assure you it all stemmed from a subconscious concern of the region telling your brain to protect it essentially, which in turn causes the blood flow to be screwed up! As well as this causing stress which releases cortisol and reduces testosterone, both of which are important for blood flow! I've done yoga and mostly focused on making myself happy and it's working!

Thanks for the reply, when I wake up I'm ok but like an hour in the tingling starts and when I'm sitting it doesn't stop. I hope what you are saying is right. I have lost my libido for months too. Thanks agsin

Yeah that's because when you're asleep you're body relaxes. Another tip which may seem weird is shave your testicles, a lot of the tingling is the hair against your underwear during movement! And for the sex drive try boosting testosterone, hard gyming, forced arousal (watch porn) and plenty of healthy food and protein. I can assure you if you keep a clear mind it will be gone soon

Thanks again. I've been trying to workout, exercise and eat right and for whatever reason it's still messing with me. Even when I'm standing feels like scrotum is tight and then when I sit down the wave of tingling comes again. I hope it goes away. Happy to hear that your all good now. I hope I don't have this sh*t for years . I can't live a normal life
