I'm 25 and this has been going on for almost two years now I think. It started after having sex. I thought it was crabs at first, started treating it as that. It wouldn't go away so I went to get checked. The doctor told me I had herpes without taking the herpes test and I was negative for everything else so I freaked out even more and got depressed. But then reading a lot of info I went and got checked again and was negative for all. What about you, how did it all start for you and how old are you?

I'm 23 same thing happened to me that's crazy to hear your story. I have had it for well over year. I have become obssed over it. I am constantly up searching to find out what it is but I can't. Thought it was pudemtsl nerve entrapment, something with pelvic floor. I can figure it out. Another person on this post swears that it's from anxiety and focusing on the area. I hope he is right because I always get the movement. I can feel when the movement is going to start.

Why did the doctor think that . Did you ever have bumps or blisters. And did you have a blood test? Here's another question, how often is it on your mind are you obsessing over it.

Yea I thought it was a lot of things and was researching a lot. Then after my last urologist visit, I decided not to look anything up and see it if will just go away. Sometimes it's bearable and sometimes it gets pretty bad. Yea I think it is from anxiety, and anxiety is from the movement. Never ending freaking circle. Even when I don't think about it driving to work in the morning, I start thinking about it and can't stop and make my balls start moving again.

I thought I had crabs and I shaved and got bumps in the pubic area, the dumb doctor just looked at it and I told her it was from shaving and she told me it was herpes and told me that it's not a big deal to have them. I had a small bump I noticed once taking a sh*t before I got checked but that went away and never seen it since. She took a test for everything except a herpes test. The second time I went in and made sure they tested me for everything. I know for a fact it's not herpes. I feel like herpes would not be as bad as having this sometimes. It's constantly on my mind 24/7. Drinking on the weekends helps me forget about it and it's not as bad. But I feel like drinking might be making it worse too in the long run. It's bothering me even when I'm sleeping I have to sleep in a way that it would bother me less.

Yea when I'm driving or if I'm really occupied it doesn't happen, like I don't notice it but when I'm thinking about it or it just randomly happens sometimes I start thinking of it more and the cycle continues. I think I have ocd or something that forces me to keep thinking about it. I really hope it's just anxiety and not something crazy. Do you live in the U.S. ? Because the urologist here thought I was crazy when I told them what's going on

I feel the same way it's worse than any std because it's always there. I also feel the movement/ tingling right before I have to use the restroom to number two because ever tightens up down there (pelvic floor muscles). If you got a blood test and it came back negative like 6 months after then your straight

Same thing happens to me, can't stop thinking about it and it makes it worse. I really don't think it's anything crazy. I think it's anxiety since you don't notice it when you don't think about it. How do you stop thinking about it though? Yea I'm in the U.S. First urologist looked at me for 5 min said nothing wrong make another appointment. Then I went to my family doctor and he looked at me like I'm crazy. I showed him that my balls move. I was even thinking of going to Europe or somewhere to check it out. How is it that no doctor knows what the f**k it is. I feel like talking about it with you is making it a little better. No homo lol

I think the tingling is from the hairs moving around down there. Do you shave? But from reading forums today. Everyones balls move but they're just not bothered by it, unlike us. I don't get it. I was even considering it being like a skin problem or something or seeing a neurologist. I was thinking weightlifting was causing it because of lifting heavy sh*t.

No, I know exactly what you mean. I read this post all the time seeing if anyone else has this sh*t . I feel better in a way that someone else knows what the f**k I'm going through. I wish we didn't have it but. Yea I am always thinking about it I have became obsessed. Do u like in the west, Midwest , northeast or the south? This one guy on the post Ali said to shave down there and it actually helps a little bit but I still get movements. I don't get the movements if I'm watching a movie that I really like or I'm preoccupied . But it's the worst right before bowel movement and when sitting down thinking of it

I think sometimes it has to due with some type of faulty nerve or something like that down there. It's not from the regular movement ( like up and down) it's a movement that we get that they don't get , it's hard to describe . I thought I got it from riding a bike long hours for a week but idk if that's really it . I believe it started from me focusing on that region after a sexual event

I'm from the midwest area. What about you? Yea shaving helps with the tingling but the movements never stop. I get the movements even if I'm laying down watching a movie. If I'm preoccupied, then it doesn't bother me as much but I still feel them moving. But actually going to poo helps because then my balls are just hanging down there and they don't bother me. But sitting down at work is definitely the worst because there's nothing else to think of but that.

This is so crazy everything you just described is the same exact thing that happens to me. It's so crazy . I just so happen to look tonight on the posts again. Yea I think it's either due to a faulty nerve or anxiety and we both have ocd or something. Tell me what you think i feel better to know and I'm sure you do too that were not f*****g crazy. Do you take med for anxiety or anything cuz I tried but I didn't like side affects. Did u ever smoke and recently quit?

Yea i looked here like a year ago and decided to look it up today again. When I posted it asked if I wanted to be notified when someone replies, so it sends me an email. I know it's a relief that someone else is going through this sh*t and I'm not crazy. I'm just looking forward to the day this stops and I could look back at it and be glad I don't have it anymore. Because it's hell. I tried xanex, hydrocodone that doesn't help. Actually what helped relieved it was adderol. I think because theres more blood flow when you're one it and it regulated it down there. I was surprised. Smoke cigs?

I used to smoke cigs and for whatever reason when I stopped this happend . I then tried smoking cigs again and it didn't help . I just thought to ask. Some guy on forum did say it's a blood flow issue that the blood flow done there isn't constant. I am just hoping it is all from anxiety and it will go away. The sooner the better. I would do anything for it to go away. The other guy said the key is to stay occupied and to not think about it . I hope it's not nerve damage or anything else like that. How long have you been working out.. And when you became depressed did u stop eating and stuff because that's what happened to me
