I just started taking birth control a couple months ago, Generess Fe, and am having my first period while on it. I mention this just because I dont know if it'd have anything to do with it. but, I'm having my period. but its not really on my pad very much its just when I go to use the restroom. Its bright red, not like old blood like usual when my period first starts. but its mostly a clear mucus, gel looking with only a little blood. I've never experienced this and I'm starting to get a little worried as to why it could be. I'm 17 and not a virgin. I've taken two pregnancy tests recently. both were a negative. I say this because all on the internet I could find is about pregnancy. I'm on day two right now. I've tried to include as many details as possible, sorry if its too much. but is anyone else experiencing this or have exxperienced it before and know what it could be?
