My Anus is growing!!

Hi, I went to sleep last night with the thought i scratched my anus while using that budget type toilet paper. Instead i awoke this morning to a fair bit more pain than i am used to in the area!!!

Probably not what ppl want to see but it may help.

It has a hard painful lump underneath....

Any one got any idea.... Hemoroid? Abcess? etc...?
