Okay 14 days into my cycle (the day i was suppose to start my period) i woke up with blood on my panties at 4:00am Not soaked but enough to bleed threw onto my pjs. The rest of the day was pretty heavy with cramps just like always. The 1st part of the 2nd day was heavy too. Then the 2nd part was medium. My 3rd day was medium light. My fourth day was pretty much spotting. I took a pregnancy test 13 dpo and on 16dpo both negative. My boobs started hurting 5 days before i started bleeding and stopped about the 2nd day was i bleeding. Can implantation bleeding be heavy? Like enough to feel up like 5 tampons? Or am i just super paranoid.

implantation bleeding is often very light and the most you will experience is spotting or smudges when you wipe yourself when you have gone to the bathroom, so this is unlikely implantation bleeding and most likely your period, and the symptom of sore breasts are most likely just normal menstural pains.
If you are still worries take a pregnany test jsut to be sure.
