Why the rush? It is early and once you say yes, you'll find it much harder to ever say no in the future.
Condoms or not, there is always the risk of pregnancy.
It's your body, your decision. Don't let him "talk" you into it.

I think it is far too early. The detail of your (well-worded) question gives me cause for concern. You have been going out since you were only 12 (My boyfriend and I have been going out for 3 years). You then say that "he asked me if we could have sex". Have you not discussed this previously? How intimate have you been physically so far? A worrying factor is that "He has condoms". Why does he have condoms when you hadn't even discussed having sex? How old is he? Is he a virgin too?
"I want to because he's the world to me" That is not enough for sex. After all, my daughters are the word to me! Sex is a bonding activity and I don't think you are ready for that. Also, I don't get the impression that you are 'the world' to him.
You can only lose your virginity once. Beware.

Your virginity is precious and like the previous post said, you only lose it once and that's it. If a guy is willing to wait till you are ready, then you have made a good choice. If they leave you because you won't go to bed, then let him go. There are ways to satisfy his sexual urges and yours and it doesn't have to include intercourse. There is oral sex and masturbation. This may sound crude but it's a way to preserve your virginity and also will provide a sexual release, which is very important , especially to hormone rich young males. Mother nature has programmed us to procreate and that's what the sexual desire is based upon. It may be awkward, but you can masturbate each other and this can give you a way to save the real prize for marriage. One thing, however, is that if both of you want to try oral sex, it can't be one sided. If you provide him with that pleasure, then he should be willing to do the same for you. This is the only way it will work. At your age, sex is not that important to females, but is for guys, so don't think its abnormal for your boyfriend to have a stronger desire for sex than you do, its just the way we are designed, so keep this in mind.
