My daughter has suffered with diarrhea since she was three months of age and now she is twenty-two months. It is not bothering her but I have to change her every hour because it is so bad it messes up her clothing garments. I have tried giving her several foods I was told would make it firmer but nothing has helped. Could this be some kind of disease?
I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter's condition. Your post is dated two years ago but I will still answer your question and hopefully you will be able to read it or anybody else reading this will learn about how to treat this condition.

A very effective product that will relieve diarrhea in a heartbeat is called Nana Flakes. It's a powdered banana flakes made from dry bananas that is intended to firm up one's stools and get rid of diarrhea. You can use it in your baked goods, your drinks, your meals, and your dessert. It's a great tasting product and great quality which you will find at http://www.ndlabs.com/product/680.

You have to be careful with diarrhea especially when it occurs with young children as it may cause dehydration.

I hope your daughter is feeling much better today.

Take care
