Hello.

I am a 19 year old female who has been undiagnosed for a year now. Even the doctors are stumped.

Last year I started to get un quenchable thirst followed by stomach pain and cramps. I went to my doctor who said I had a uti! which as a nurse I knew I did not have. I went back a week later because I still had symptoms and blood test were ordered.. my CRP was 152 all others normal levels. A week after I ended up in a&e as I was picking up folders and crumbled to the floor with pain. At a&e they told me my spleen was enlarged and sent me home although I was still in chronic pain. The pain continued for another week.

Other the past year I have had reoccuring bouts of pain and occasionaly bloating which makes me urinate frequently. My CRP's over the year have been 152,  32, 30 and the most recent 10.

Facts:

Pain: squeezing and twisting

Duration: 3-14 days

Location: Starts under my left ribs then progresses to my central abdomen

Bowels: Normal no changes at any point

Eating and weight: No weight changes or diet changes

Medicine: Nothing works! nothing eases the pain and nothing including diet changes have helped.

Tests: helobacter negative

Please help me, my doctor suggest chrons, but this would mean an end to my military career :( We are at a loss and one doctor told me to stop faking a pain he cant diagnose
