I am not sure because these are my only symptoms no loss in appetite just indigestion
It sounds like you may have jaundice.
It could be due to the meds. It can indicate liver problems. Are you sharing needles? Hepatitis is a common cause.

My guess is hepatitis. I found out I had it the same why. I turned yellow and I was a IV drug user. I had hep C. Get checked.
Parasites probably... Meth is a dirty drug...
