Yes tht is one way but you can just pull it all the way back like ripping off a plaster. Im 14 and I used to have that exact proberlem. I could not even see the tip of my penus all I saw was foreskin. So one day I went to the doctors and he just pulled it streight back just like that and yes I did cry cos of shock and it did hurt but its worth it after that just keep gradually pulling it back and it should just come back. If u can't do this you need to see a doctor because it will get serious because u won't be able to clean it. And also at first don't touch the purple bit because it is sooooooo sensitive. :(

Im 14 .. I have like a bit of skinon the side of my penis that connects the head to the foreskin and when i try to pull it back it wont go over the head! Its not sore until that point then it gets a bit sore? Any sugestions?

hi, that's perfectly natural at your age but the more you can keep pulling your foreskin back and putting pressure on the attached area the more chance it will release quickly, you can also try baby oil on your foreskin to keep it soft and able to stretch :-)

Mine only goes back just over the head then it seems to be attached is that supposed to happen

I have the same problem, I have been stressing about it for years actually. I have never been told about this, never learned about any of it in school, I didn't know anything about this. After researching all over and reading many many different responses, I shall share what I know... This as you can see is normal, others have this issue, its not only you. That being said, as you get older, you should be practicing everyday pulling your foreskin back (stretching it). You do not want to force stretch it otherwise this can lead to scaring and discomfort to your penis. Take your time, there's not reason to rush. The skin you're seeing that is attached is a bridge. Its excess skin that did not detatch through puberty yet, due to lack of stretching. Now if you're still having problems, try using ky jelly or something more natural. Doing so will loosen everything up a little and make things easier. Avoid using parfume products, for that can infect the penis (this also goes towards soaps being used on penis - non parfume products). Once the bridge is detached from the penis put a little bit of vasoline on it to prevent it from reattaching. If you cannot clean under the foreskin due to this issue and are unsure as to what to do. Well go to the store find a syringe (one without a needle just the flat plastic opening) spray some warm water into your foreskin, and hold the end close (thus expanding your foreskin. Let go and let it empty, repeat this till you feel its been cleaned a little. Note this is only a temporary method, until you've fixed the above issue. If you're worried about girls because of this issue, than best avoid girls until this issue is fixed. People talk a lot and if you open your mouth it can spread like wild fire. If you're still not happy with this or don't want to go through the process, there's still the option of circumsion... I personally am against it (your foreskin is the temple for your king, with out it, your king is homeless without a box). You want professional advise? Talk to a Urotologist (FYI though, they are extremely costly - apparently 300-500$ just for a consultation). This is everything I know on this topic pretty much, I hope your guys issues get fixed soon and that you'll be able to live a healthy normal lifestyle. Hopefully the ol London bridge will fall down soon, so keep your head up.

Hi I'm 13 and it's attached right on the Side of my bellend to the skin it doesn't hurt that much but I pull my skin down it only pulls one side ???

When you take a bath just let it soak and gradually pull your foreskin back and gently pull it back as far as it will go then hold it there for a bit with just enough pressure as not to cause any discomfort be do it as often as you can and your find it will release in time :-)
