Are you sure it is precum that you see. To have it all day is unusual. More likely it is when you are aroused that you see it. It may not be precum. It could be a discharge from an infection. Have you been/are you sexually active?
Nocturnal emissions are a healthy sign. You can likely reduce them by masturbating.
