I been having pain on my left testicle, when i touch it, it feels like it have a lump inside it. i also feel a big muscle holding it. its been happening since one day i hope my pee for too long. its getting to the point where it start hurting all the time, except when im sleeping. it hurts when im walking, sitting down and when i touched it. its only the left side of my body that feels the pain. it have lump on the upper side and my testicle is
