Hey, :-D i'm gonna tell you about my experience that i had a few years ago and i still have it.

a few years ago, or a few months ago. because it was definitely a long time ago this happened. 

well, this is how it happened.. when i was running and playing exercise with my friends and teachers,

we were all in our P.E kits and then i ran very fast, to the end of the field. we have this path only a cir-tern 

Year are allowed to go onto, and its called the 'Year Path.' only Year 6 can go on. and i'm in Year 6. so thats why we were all running up the Path. and i got this HORRIBLE SORE FEELING, as i wanted to stop, and i just stopped for a second to press down on my fat at the bottom of my leg, *if you know what i mean*. and it started to pain.

i was worried as something was there and it wasn't good. and i went home and asked my parents, and they said it was just growing up pains, and i'm only 11. and i don't know if their right because i'm only 11, and next december is my birthday and i'm 12, so i don't really know what it is.. if this is a symptom or growing up pains, please say below. and it hurts ALOT when i squeeze them. can i PLEASE get some advice or some ideas if theres something wrong? is this bad? is their a solution or medicine or pill i can take? or is it something else?

please say it below so i know what to do. please help, their getting really sore. should i stop running as well?

is it bad for my legs?  

 

PS. ITS BOTH LEGS

But 1 isn't really hurting as much, PS its my right leg that doesn't really hurt as much. 

please tell me.
