my nipples are very sensitive and I have numb pain in my ovaries, my period is also late

Hi does this sound like pregnancy? My nippels is very sensitive (they habe never been before) my overies they have the numb sore pain of periods (it comes and gos) but i am 11 days late with my period i had it last month the 6th so i expected it nothing later than the 10th. I havent taken a test yet
