I was dreadfully unhealthy for a couple years. Then I found out my body was being over fed and undernourished. I knew I had to do something. I wasn't super overweight, but had and still have weight I could lose. I am a single mom, tired all the time, stressed to the core working at corporate. Not enough time in my day, and I get no time to myself! I finally found a mode of starting to turn it all around! I have a 13 month old, and want the best for her. I'm super excited that I've finally found my path! What's even better, I've been in deprive need to find someway to help others, so I'm starting a health and fitness hobby. :)
