Is this normal? and why is the foreskin not coming out from the head? im 15
I don't think a 6 foot 9 inch penis is normal anywhere but in those funny pictures that show up on the net. So you must have a one of a kind foreskin to cover it and no one can tell you what it's supposed to be like.
