Well, i think it might be something a guy told me, something called like epidermititis or something, and thats its an airborn infection of sort, which usually starts with one testicle, and moves to the other. But i dont know, thats just what a guy in yahoo answers said.

Still, I think it's more likely that you pulled something with the weights. Unfortunately, things take time to heal. You could try some OTC painkillers but I'lm not sure as to how well they will work. As uncomfortable as it sounds, have you tried ice?

It does feel my right testicle is tilted outwards. When they are hanging low its not noticeable but when they come up you can see right side is bigger.
I have had Ultra sounds, CT scan, Urologist look at it. Nothing yet. Did the OP get his issue fixed? if so how?
