My right testicle is huge,it's ugly,it has size of a lemon.I am very nervous about it can it be something very serious? I need an advice before I go to doctor. whats wrong with me?

Well testicles come in sizes. But a lemon seems a bit to big. If I was you I would go to a DR. and let them take a look. Also I don't thing that you should have sex until you see a DR.
