Vaginal discharge that has a fishy smell is usually trich. It's a vaginal parasite and typically an STD. It's simple to treat. If you go to the OB/GYN, it's absolutely something they've seen and treated before. Don't worry about being embarrassed. Also, you really want to get treated ASAP. STD's should not be left alone.
