I've been not able to make the hoo sound since my voice changed when I was 11 years old. when i was a child I could make the hooo sound, and my voice was louder. but after my voice changed, my voice became too lower. most people can't understand what I'm saying. I think if i can make the hoo sound i would able to talk louder. Is there any way to fix this problem. please help me.
