I am 30 years old and I have a huge problem – my wife wants me to become a vegetarian! It’s not that I have too much extra weight and my cholesterol level is really not that high, she says that if I want to be healthy in old age I have to start practicing a healthy life now and I just cannot do it. I don’t want to end up lying to her that I did not eat meat at work, what am I supposed to do?
There is a theory that speaks of what a human should eat based on the teeth formation. When you look at it scientifically, only four teeth, fangs, are for meat, only four out of 32! This tells us that meat should be least present in our food, but I know that is something not so easy to accept. So, I guess you should make a compromise with her; you can live and eat healthy with a bit of meat in the story. Although I am not sure if you can convince your wife that easily… Good luck!
