This has been a mystery for me for 6 years now.
It all started when I was 15. I was on my poeriod and having severe cramps, nothing out of the norm. I went to school and was in my third class when my cramps started to get steadily worse by the minute, it was still tolerable. About 15-20 minutes into my fourth class the pain became intolerable so I went to the office to get some medicine. I took the medicine and went to the girls bathroom because I was in too much pain to go to class. My teacher became worried and sent my friend to check on me and my friend found me passed out on the bathroom floor. My mom was called and I went to the hospital. I was in the hospital for 3 days on large doses of demoral.
Ever since then I have had moderate to severe pain around where my overies are. It can be dull or sharp and happens often. They just come and go with no ryhme or reason. Sometimes the pain is so bad it bings me to my knees and it is hard to breath.
I have been to several doctors and have had all sorts of tests done. They have ruled out cysts, endometriosis, i.e. My reproductive organs are fine. They can't figure it out and it seems that they have given up.
I do not know what the doctors found when I was in the hospital. I was heavily medicated and due to a brain tumor my mom doesn't remember. I have been trying to get my records from the hospital, but because I am out-of-state that has proved challenging.
If you have any insight on what this could be I would be glad to hear it. I will try just about anything to get rid of this pain. I am just so tired of living with pain.
