A friend of mine recently told me that coconut oil is a good cure for a yeast infection. I didn't comment at the time but now that I actually have a yeast infection, I am very interested. How is this used? Should I apply it to the area of the yeast infection, or what?
You can ingest coconut oil, and it is good for overall health, including yeast infections. Some people say that coconut oil cures almost anything, though I would not go that far :-).
