Don't worry I would never do that I went through the same thing just for a lot longer that's all.
For now you need the mattress cover and the pullups it's nothing to be embarrassed about and you can't help that it happens.

Yes almost every night for the last month and sometimes like if i reslly have to go during day i get like little dribbles and a little pee comes out before i get to the restroom

It is frustrating when you had a dry spell for awhile and it starts back up.
It is out of your control when you can't feel it when you need to pee during the night and can't hold your pee all night or wake up when it happens.
It might be a good idea to time how often you last between needing to pee during the day and that way at school you can make trips to the bathroom before you have to go bad.
If you usually pee about every hour than at school go to pee every hour cause as you know when it starts to come out it is hard to hold it back.

Yes it was ok like embarrassing. Went to a place and would be checked and then put in a bed and see if it would happen. Lots of nurses and couple of doctors and other people. You just had to not think about it

Pullups during day, diapers at night. I was 9 first, almost 12 next time. You just got to not mind being naked in front of a lot of strangers. And not mind being looked at and having the tests done and stuff. I really hated the catheters other tests that looked up in me

Get teased some at school but its better than having accident. Mom says i never fully stopped that i had small amounts leak out at night just not like a full pee that was why they did it again

It's unfortunate that you are getting teased for having a medical condition but like you said it is way better than wetting your pants and everyone seeing it.
The tests are tough to go through but it does determine if there is a problem causing you to wet.

If you don't mind a suggestion with just getting back into needing diapers again it would be a good idea to check for rash and use cream if your not already doing it.

Im 13 just starting puberty i think, yea for around a year, yea i use rash cream and in my room i go nude or no uw in the house toosonair can get to my skin

Good that you use the rash cream and keep it in check urine is pretty harsh on the skin.
I have heard of others doing that I guess it is a relief to be out of the diaper when your in your room.

Try to get to restroom but sometimes its easier to just go and change to another pullup later

When they did the tests did they find any issues that might explain your bladder problems?
I guess sometimes it is unavoidable if your a long ways from the restroom it is good to only use the pull up as a last resort.
