Also got a very narrow like pee hole and the tube that goes from bladder narrow. And have like small balls too like one is a size 3 other size 2.

The narrow urethra is understandable with having a smaller size.
Hopefully they don't feel enlarging it is necessary.
With not starting puberty the smaller penis and testicles are really no issue.

They did the enlarge one time inthink more to see if a little stretching would help it way hurt. Not done it since, told mom that they would wait since im still pretty small down there especially the balls. They told mom they would talk about like fixing the pee hole later too.

Yeah it is a very painful thing the first few times when you pee it makes you cry.
Had the enlargement done twice.
Everyone is different but it did nothing to help with bed wetting.

Wet, the pee hole isnt on the tip of the head of my penis its like on the front like at the very bottom of the head part just barely above where the head and main part come together and its not a slit its a little round hole. Ok dont laugh it looks like two tiny lips like if you pucker ur mouth lips to make a little hole

I looked it up and saw what it looks like it is called hypospadias which you probably already know.
Guess you would have never noticed it until you could retract your foreskin.

Thanks for site. Since my foreskin now goes all the way back they could see it better. Dr told me to pee with foreskin up it would help the pee gonwhere inneed it to

Just something that would make it easier to control.
With having your foreskin it would help too not be self-conscious about your urethra since it is covered if you have to shower for PE or sports.

Yea. My foreskin overhangs the head part like gets really narrow after head and comes to a little nipple tip end.

I don't wanna sound mean, but are you measuring right? You're supposed to do it belly side and press the ruler into your pelvic bone.
3 inches is a little small for someone your age, maybe ask your doctor?
