I don't know how to start a new thread so I will hit reply here. I've had all these symptoms and feel.crappy literally. I have an extreme physical job and suffer from adrenal fatigue anemia and arthritis (since a teenager) and anxiety. You may want to acknowledge if you take NSAIDs regularly like I do.....this can be a factor. I also take iron so it could be that too. I have stopped NSAID altogether for now. The only thing that's helping with nausea dizziness is motion sickness pills. Consuming alot of acidic foods or drinks can set you off so stay away. I'm going to try organic Apple cider vinegar with the mother and baking soda maybe some honey, it is suppose to help increase alklainity and decrease acidity. Havent tried it yet but maybe try it and i hope i help one person. I wish you all health and recovery as I wish for myself.

I'm unable to read all these replies as I am still weak from just being discharged from the ER with very similar symptoms. Mine turned out to be diverticulitis? Is that a possibility?

It is always important to listen to what your body is telling you, I recommend when things like this happen to get a notebook and track your bowel movements and any other peculiar sensations or feelings you have during this time. This will likely be extremely insightful for you as you will start picking up on patterns, but also this kind of information can be infinitely valuable to a physician that is trying to diagnose the problem. The more information available the easier it will to diagnose correctly.
Just a quick aside, they didn't misspell 'fiber', they simply used the English spelling of it which is 'fibre'. It has a slightly different spelling similar to 'centre', 'theatre' and 'litre'. Often words that end in 'er' in American English have it reversed to an 're' in Brittish English.
It is important not to dismiss someone's opinion for such superfluous reasons. If that were the case I would argue that we shouldn't listen to someone who doesn't see their self as a proper noun that needs to be capitalized.

I don't think I'll ever understand this. Why can't people just focus on the topic of a question asked instead of ranting on about something so silly as someone pointing out a spelling error, which (I had to laugh about this) isn't an error at all but spelled correctly in that person's country. I agree with the Brit, Americans can be ignorant and definitely arrogant. I'm American so I know. We have a habit of assuming this word or that word is incorrect and forgetting people spell and say words differently if they're from another country. Oh, wait, that's because Americans are the only country in the world. You see, arrogance! Assuming the person you're speaking to, if they don't mention where they're from, we automatically think is American. Unfortunately it happens a lot. So the intelligent thing to do is simply...focus on the topic, not if a word is misspelled unless you know how every word in the dictionary should be spelled or know every word spelled differently in other countries. And...don't assume! *shakes head*
