I am a girl (13 years old) and last night when I was trying to go to sleep I had pain, it felt like it was in my vagina, and a while after that I had a big stomache and I felt like I was going to throw up but I didn't. During this I felt really dizzy, like I was going to faint. Then, the nausea stopped and I got this weird feeling like my head and neck were really hot. A while after, I felt really cold and I was shivering. It stopped then, and this all happened over the course of about 20-30 minutes. I don't know if its related, but I had the vaginal pain all day, but it got really bad just before the nausea started. It kept hurting after the coldness too, but not that much. And it was just a pain, it wasn't itchy or anything.
If you are 13 years old and are female. It could be that that you are going through puberty and are possibly about to start your menstral cycle.
