Hey guys, I'm an overweight, out of shape guy looking to get back into shape. The trouble is that I have totally flat fleet, and thus have to wear corrective orthotics to give my foot a proper arch. The problem is, I can't find a pair of shoes that are high enough to not have my foot slip out when I'm running. Do I just need to wear them in so the heel of my orthotic wears into the shoe a little bit, or is there a specific brand I can look at?
And yes, I need to have a nice pair of cushy shoes, because I have two bad kness (thank you football).
