Anyone know of medications, natural ways, or things to go with coping with nervousness and axiety. I need help with that. Tons. It has gotten worse since the past year. And barely get out of the house.

Exercise, diet, etc.  And, see a psychiatrist.  You are suffering needlessly.  Natural things can help, yoga, meditation, etc.  But I would strongly suggest a psychiatrist or at least therapy.  In combination they are the very effective ib treating mental illness.  Good luck.
