im am an 18 year old man and im not going to lie i love sex haha, i have currently had sex with 14 girls (lost my viginity when i was 15) and havent been the smartest person in the world and hardly wore a condom, my last sexual experiance was a month ago unprotected, i have never experianced pain when i urinate or ejaculate and have always had the Sebaceous glands on my testicles, well lately my urinary system has been all stopped up and it feels like im not emptying my whole bladder, a group of my friends told me to get tested and i did for the basic stds and hiv and syphillis all came back negative and i didnt have a test done for herpes or hpv, well ive noticed these bumps on my penis shaft almost like the Sebaceous prominence glands on my testicles but when the skin is completely stretched they have a head on them or what looks like is a head, being the examinate person i am i tried to pop a couple which left horrible open wounds on my penis from my fingernails digging in, i went back to my health department to get examined the doctor told me my bumps were normal and i shouldnt pick at them, but for some reason i did again only this time it left me a nasty open sore that almost resembles and ulcer, it is cratered in my skin and i picked down deep enough to get to the center of the bump which is a white peice of skin i cant seem to pull out with my finger nails or scratch out, i have nine open wounds on my penis from digging around and all are the same result, it is very sore and my mind is extremely worried, when the worst sore started to heal up the scab or whatever it is starting to cover the sore is a yellow dot in the middle of the sore. im no doctor but raise bumps on the penis doesnt sound right to me and thats why i poked and prodded around down there trying to pop everything, im very worried and any incite would help, by the way when i press hard enough on the bumps a watery substance comes out mixed with blood, my genitals have been very irritated and itchy but im thinking its because i tried to pick at the bumps, what i have doesnt look like and picture of genital herpes or anything ive seen im just realy worried to what this could be, my penis head is really itchy aswell like the hole feels like theres an itch on the inside

hey goodgirl, i appreaciate your warning and imput but i think he knows that what he is doing is not the smartest and perhaps you could be slighly less frank or harsh about it (for lack of better words) im not trying to stick up for him or act like what he is doing as great and im not trying to be mean towards you but i think it might be better if we could try and help with the problem at hand.
daddybo i am truly amazed that you do not have a kid by now...... it sounds like you do have some sort of infection. possibly just a bladder infection but there could be others such as chlamydia and or gonorrhea. have you had on ly hpv and hsv tests done? any others? if so what were your results. to you have a fever or any other symptomes?

i know my actions werent smart and i highly regret them, i was with a girl for 2 years and i loved her to death after she broke up with me i kind of went haywire i guess you could say trying to fill the void but its only brought me more stress and problems, i have not been tested for hsv or hpv but i am going tomorrow, these past few days ive been noticing my pee hole is really itchy and red when i spread the skin apart i found a couple red lesions on the inside, it does not hurt when i pee but my urine flow does kind of divide when i first start to pee and i feel like i dont completley empty my bladder, i havent had a temperature and my lymphnodes feel a little bit swollen in my groin area. me and that girl i dated for two years finally started to re open stuff and before she came back i had unprotected sex with a girl i met, so if i have anything i doubt she'll want to come back to me. i just dont know what i could have, ive been to my health department twice for a cheak up and they kind of look at me like werent you just in here yesterday but they cant seem to find anything wrong, maybe it is a bladder infection or hsv or hpv i just gotta get this problem solved and fast, the thing about the sores on my penis are they never started off as a blister i tried to pop the sebaceous glands and the wounds from my finger nails did ooze and stuff but ive never had any bumps pop up in spots i didnt already try to pop, im going back to the health department tomorrow to get the gardisil shot for men (yes its out now) and a hsv swab. i just dont understand what would make lesions apear on the inside of my urethra or cause my pee hole to itch.

well there are several things that could cause lesions on your penis or your urinary meatus (the pee hole) to itch. one being a yeast infection. are you circumsized and is there a white film on and/or around your penis/urinary meatus.
another possibility is a normal run of the mill urinary tract infection (UTI) have you had any unprotected anal sex and if so how long ago and howlong before these symptomes appeared?
thing will be alright no matter what. so well deal with what ever happens one thing at a time. i always try to look at stupid mistakes i make and once i realize i made a mistake i say dont make the same mistake twice.
as for your ex girlfriend that you are getting to rekinndel things with im sure she will be able to get past thing that you may have.
