no fetal heartbeat, mistake?

I had twins one dued 5wks 6 days second twin was doung great at 11wk 6 days bub was moving etc looked great.wk 13 we scanned no heartbeat bub was face down i was beside myself eith grief hiw can things go wrong so fast

i know this is an old post but i guess im experiencing something similar to this feb 2017 i had two cycles which isnt normal for me since my cycles have always been regular. i had one at the beginning of feb and one at the end. well towards the end of oct i noticed my cycle hadnt came on so i took two home pregnancy test and both were positive... soon after that i schedule an appointment to confirm my pregnancy.. i went in and thats really all they did was confirm it.. but two days later i decided to just go to the ER because i have history of a miscarriage after my first born and a ectopic pregnancy before my youngest child... i go in and they do an u/s and tell me they see a sac but no fetal pol or yolk sac and i was measuring at 5 weeks 2 days.. i was told to make an app with my obg or come back to the ER in 3 days.. i went back to the bc at the time i didnt have an obg anyways they did a repeat u/s and they seen the fetal pol and yolk sac and everything seemed fine and told me congratulations.. so i schedule an app with obgyn clinic a week later i think and at that app all they did was blood work and a pap... i was scheduled my next app two weeks laters for an u/s i went in for the u/s and i measured 8 weeks 2 days and no heart beat was found and the tech said she should definitely be seeing a heart beat. doc gave me a week to wait or take the pill i decided to wait since i wasnt experiencing any cramping or bleeding. so i go back a week later and all the tech said was nothing had changed.. no blood work was taken for my hcg levels during this time or anything none of my questions were answered i was just told there wasnt a heart beat. so i went back to the er and they did an u/s and there wasnt a heart beat and to go back to my obgyn but i still wasnt informed about my blood work hcg levels or anything and that was last week now today i had slight cramping and spotting... its like light brown i seen twice after i used the restroom... i have an appt monday with a different clinic.. and another thing all the times i went to the first clinic i was never prescribed any prenatal care. im upset and confused nobody is telling me anything !!!!!!!!!!

it is not safer, I almost bleed to death, lost 2 L of blood with a miscarriage. I was dated 6 weeks along but the doc that did the DNC said I was actually more like 15 weeks along. It is dangerous if you are further a long then they think I had full on contractions horrid to go through that and then nothing in the end but sorrow.

I had a scan at 6 weeks they found a heartbeat, then at almost 12 weeks had a dot of light pink spotting and no other symptoms, when to early pregnancy unit, they told don't worry you have nothing to worry about, as it was only a bit of bleeding and you had no pain, so there is nothing bad. Then had my scan I was told "so sorry there is not heartbeat" And that I had a missed miscarriage. Deep deep down I know they are right, but finding it really hard to come to terms with it, I have another scan booked in 2 weeks so they can actually call it a miscarriage, hoping some miracle may happen.
Has there been anyone who has been told baby had not heartbeat, but then found one and had a healthy baby?????????????????

I have a 12 week scan tomorrow, was told on Friday that baby was small and they couldn't find a heartbeat, that's why I feel they could not see the heartbeat as baby was too small, so maybe there is still a heartbeat, however they told me they cancelled my appointment 12 week scan on Monday.
