Masturbating a lot is very common among boys your age and it is all part of the process of discovering sexual pleasures.
Just because you have not developed to the point where you are able to ejaculate try not worry it is very common with boys in the early stages of puberty.
Often when you can’t ejaculate you experience a dry orgasm which just means you feel all the pleasures of an orgasm without the ejaculation part of it.
You will be able ejaculate soon enough and you will be going through all the changes associated with puberty some guys develop earlier than others and some develop a little later but it will happen.
