I am 20 years old and have never had normal periods but this is the most I've ever gone without one. I was supposed to get my period on March 22 but it never came. I also have been having a lot of problems with nausea and abnormal bowel movements. I either have diarrhea or clear mucus rather then normal stool. Went to the ER. Not pregnant, all blood-work normal, CT of abdomen normal. I'm going to try to go to a GI doctor to look at my intestines and colon because my sister has chrons. I just don't know if all of this has to do with each other or are separate issues. My sister also had cysts on her ovaries so I'm worried that it might be something like that but I have no pain. Any opinions?
Im not sure if the 2 issues are related but I definitely suggest seeing your gynocologist about your periods. There are many different reasons why you could have stopped having your period and more than likely your gyno will suggest putting you on birth control in order to regulate them.
