I have multiple sclerosis and I do have numbness in my hands and feet all the time and at times my arms and up my calves. However 2 days ago above my right temple on my head my forehead has gone numb and in my hairline and the top of my right scalp is numb too. I take lots of meds but I have not taken anything new in the past several months. My nerologist is on vacation right now and I am hoping that it will go away and ill be ok before he returns. Anyone have any thoughts on what it could be? I regularly take Avonex, abilify, cymbalta, norco, ultram, ativan, levothyroid, and soma. I have not started anything new in the past several months. Anyone have help for me as for advice?

Hi I am a 24yr old male, I am epileptic and have been since I was 6months old. I am in the process of 7month gradual medication change from Keppra to Lamotrogine.
I havent had a seizure for 5months until 2days ago when I had 2 in one which is very rare for me I have only had that one other time. Since my seizure the other day I have a numbness to the rightside of my head, I also feel though I am slower at typing and hand coordination as this is a key part of my work I use to be very fast at this.
My seizures are normally put on by a lack of sleep and stress, I see alot of the word stress been throwing around is this the cause?
Did anyone find any cause to this problem?

Docs do not listen and most of all, know nothing about the drugs they give you. Amitripoline, Topamax, neuron tin, prednisone are all HORRIBLE drugs that cause severe depression and do nothing. My advice, if can afford it, go to a spine and pain specialist or to a naturalistic doctor that is very, very knowledgeable in drugs and herbs. Also, be your own advocate! READ! READ! READ! And bring material from research with questions to doc.
