Hi, my 16 years old son is obsessed with demons. He reads books about them, and wear pentagram around his neck. I am worried about him. How to deal with this?
Hi, I think your son is just going through puberty. I also had only black clothe in high school, and listened to black metal music. Today, I think I’m a perfectly normal person, with no thoughts of demons. I hope you will understand that your son is at the age, when he needs to find him self and to belong somewhere.The people with the real problems and obsessions with demons are those who suffer from schitzophrenia. They are imagining unreal things, people and demons. I knew a girl who thaught that she had three sides of personality, each for a different deamon. That is a true obsessivnes with demons, a real mentall illness, because of which many people died in dark years of the middle age.

hi! i can see how you're worried. i'm only 22 and so i'm relatively fresh out of that stage and know how high school kids are in this day in age. its pretty common in high schools these days though to take interest in such things as an act of rebellion and take an interest in evil things because somehow its just a way for him to relate to the emotional pain that he's in. high school is ROUGH. and i remember feeling so bad for myself and just wanted to kill everyone in my school, and my life was the hardest and noone understood me. i'd keep a close eye on him just to make sure he isn't sacrificing animals or anything, because i don't want to tell you that you shouldnt worry at ALL....but i'd say its very unlikely that anything serious will come out of it. maybe try learning about his group of friends to see if any of them take it way more seriously.
