Did you ever find out what's going on? When I read this I thought to myself omg did I write this and forget about it? Lol then I realized no this ain't me even though my story is exactly the same. I have no clue what's going on with me and I had an attack last night again this is number 6 or 7 I think in less than a year.

Weird but I'm actually glad to see I'm not the only one who struggles with this. I've had this same exact problem on and off for about a year or two now but haven't had any episodes for about 4/5 months now until just a half hour ago I got it again but I'm still not sure what it is. I'm only just gone 18 but my mother still reckons it's heartburn. Really wish I knew what it was so I could prevent it

If you do experience heart burns, it sure might be part of it. In my case I have noticed it is a result of indigestion which eventually leads to heart burn and all other issues. Check if you also have poor bowel movements. If you go for about 4 days without one, then it means some of the foods you take cannot be adequately digested in your system. Foods then get retained in your gut for prolonged periods and end up leaking through your gut into the bloodstream. With such substances in the bloodstream, your can experience many symptoms including the one under discussion as the immune system attacks them. Single out foods that lead to a sense of bloatedness and milk and pasta are some of the common ones.

Get tested for alpha gal. It's an allergic reaction to meat and meat by-products. I was having very similar episodes and after allergy testing, I have been diagnosed with this.

I'm vegan and I don't eat any animal by-products and all these symptoms happened to me so I'm not sure about this for me. But good advise for others

I had 6 episodes- itching hands and arms, diarrhea, hot and sweating. They were over in about an hour. But then I had an episode that caused me to pass out in the bathroom. When the paramedics came I lost consciousness and briefly had no pulse. I spent three days in the hospital, two in ICU. I have since been diagnosed with mast cell release disorder. It causes a full body histamine release. (It tells my body “Invader! Push it all out!” Thus the diarrhea, sweating, itching...). In my case the signal seems to be the stacking of too many histamine foods. I had not previously been histamine intolerant and tests showed I do not have food allergies. NowI limit high histamine foods to only one or two a day and take a combination of antihistamines EVERY DAY. They don’t make me sleepy so I will continue on them indefinitely. Oh. And the only warning symptom prior to an attack was feeling like my stomach was not digesting food properly or timely. All of my attacks seemed to be triggered in the bowel (on the toilet). It has been 2 years since diagnosis and no more episodes.

Thanks for sharing. Scary how this can happen. Happy that this hasn't happened to you in awhile, hopefully it stays that way.
