off birth control about 3-4 months, how do i wait to conceiv

i stopped takin bc around december and i am tryin to conceive, but for the past couple of months, nothing is happening! but sometimes i feel light twitches in my lower stomach, sometimes i feel dizy and always tired! i aslo have frequent urination also. i even have a lump above my belly butoon that comes and goes.
