is that - u should start to take the pill on the first day or 2nd day of
ur menstrual cycle-) My normal cycle always lasted for 5-6 days...BUt I
took the pill after 5days of my period and had sex with my boyfriend
after 2weeks...And when I stopped using the pill,I still had sex with my
bf.Got a period after 6days just for a day after I stopped using the
pill...And it's been a month now since I got that 1 day period...
Been experiencing dizziness,headache,mood swings and bloating...But I haven't tried having a pregnancy test yet..Is there a possibility that am pregnant?

Hi there, just to let everyone know I was reading this a few days ago wondering the same thing. Stopped taking the pill 28th jan, had my usual period but on a few occasions had unprotected sex. Monday I was being sick and felt do tired so yday morning I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive! It displayed I was 4 weeks pregnant, so when people say you can't get pregnant for a long time after coming off the pill, they are wrong! X
Every sympton that everyone has described sounds perfectly normal. The pill is controlling your body and telling it when to bleed and when this comes to an abrupt stop your body has to learn how to do it yourself. Everyone varies and no two people will show the exact same symptons. It can take up to 6 months for your body to be completley rid of all effects of the pill and for your periods to return to normal although in some people this can be up to a year. This doesn't mean you won't get pregnant - again that differs from one person to another. Just eat healthiy, take regular exercise and drink lots of water and give your body time to return to 'normal' - whatever that may be!
Guest - this SAME thing happened to me - even the dizziness and blurred vision. If you still check this board, could you let me know what happened to you? Did your period eventually come?
HI! Anyone have an update? I'm going on almost four months without a proper period post pill!! I've never missed a period in my LIFE aside from doing continuous both control on the pill. :( I've also had awful depression, anxiety, foggy/spacey/feel drunk all the time. Have seen tons of doctors who've said I'm fine.

Hi guys. I'm 20 years young. I was on birth control, Levelen ED (wrong spelling) and I'd been on and off for several years. I've stopped taking it, not wanting to be pregnant, just worrying about future fertility. Anywho, about 4 weeks later (Feb) I had a light period. Now, it's June and I haven't had a period since. I've taken a pregnancy test about 6 weeks ago. It was neg. HERES THE TMI: My partner and I have been using the pull-out method. I now am experiencing sore and erect nipples. It's been happening for 4 - 5 days now. I'll be doing a test next week so will keep you guys posted. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this similar scenario.
Hi. Ive been off pill since end november (was on it for 3months only) i got my period and had brown on/off discharge two weeks after i test but negative. Honestly im lost.
I did get my period but it was quite some time later
I stopped birthcontrol around 3 months ago. First period came normal time and everything. Second period was a 36 day cycle instead of normal 24. Now waiting for third period and its been 40 days. I have sex with my boyfriend but with a condom since being off the pill. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative.

Been on my pill ceraxette from 18 to 25 and then moved over to feanolla for last 5 years. Came off in Oct 2017 and exhibited extreme breast sensitivity butterflies and nausea. Took tests all negative. Same with doctors. No unprotected sex.
Started my period on 16th March to 23rd then stopped. Now the 7th of may and nothing. About to go to town to get a pregnancy test but no its going to be negative. Any ideas??
